How it works
Send us a message and we will do the searching. There is no form to fill in and nothing to sign up for.
We shortlist
We ask operators directly what is actually free, rather than trusting what is still up on their website. We get back to you the same day.
View and move in
We arrange the viewings and hand you over to the operator. You pay them rent, and you pay us nothing.
What we will ask you
- When you need it
- Move-in date and roughly how long you plan to stay. Most serviced apartments take a minimum of one to three months.
- Where
- A district, a building, or just the office you need to get to. We can work backwards from a commute.
- Budget
- A monthly figure. Serviced apartment rents usually include utilities, wifi and cleaning, so compare the all-in number.
- Who is coming
- How many people, and whether you need a separate bedroom, a real kitchen, or space to work.
What we will not do
We will not charge you, pass your number to a dozen agents, or send you a list of everything in Hong Kong. If we cannot find something that fits, we will tell you.
