Our team has spent over a decade operating and letting serviced apartments in Hong Kong. We know how the buildings differ, which landlords are straightforward, and what a fair all-in rate looks like in each district.

Parcelle exists because of a problem we kept running into: people would come to us wanting somewhere to live, and we would have nothing that suited them. Wrong district, wrong budget, wrong dates, or simply nothing free that month. Those people went away and started again from nothing.

So we built a service that starts from the tenant instead of the building. We ask what you need, then go and find it, wherever it happens to be. Operators pay us when we bring them someone who stays. You pay nothing at all.
